1. Who we are

CLIRUN is run by Devang Joshi in India. These terms cover this website and the application at app.clirun.com. You can reach us at hello@clirun.com.

2. CLIRUN is in early access

The product is still being built. Features can change, stop working or be removed, and we may limit who can use it or pause it. We will try to tell you before anything you rely on goes away.

3. Not investment advice

CLIRUN describes how events connect to markets and shows the public evidence for each link. It does not give investment advice, price targets, or recommendations to buy, sell or hold anything. CLIRUN is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst.

Read the sources, and make your own decisions. You are responsible for them.

4. Sources and accuracy

Answers are built from public documents with the help of AI models. Documents can be wrong or out of date, and models make mistakes. When the evidence runs out, CLIRUN says so rather than guessing, but we cannot promise that any answer is complete or correct. Quoted text belongs to the people who published it.

5. Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

6. Using CLIRUN fairly

Please don't:

• use CLIRUN for anything unlawful, or to mislead other people or markets;
• try to get around its limits or security, or reach other people's data;
• copy it at scale with automated tools, or overload it;
• resell it or its answers as a service without our written permission.

7. Your content

Your questions, chats, notes and reports stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run CLIRUN for you, as the privacy notice describes.

8. Payments

Paid plans are not open yet. Before they are, these terms will be updated with how billing, credits and refunds work, and you will see the price before you pay anything.

9. Ending

You can stop using CLIRUN at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

10. Our responsibility

CLIRUN is provided as it is, while in early access. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from decisions made using it, or for indirect losses. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Indian law that cannot be waived.

11. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we change them, we will update the date above, and tell signed-in users about any change that matters.
