Privacy notice.

1. Who is responsible

CLIRUN is run by Devang Joshi in India, who decides how your personal data is used. For any question, request or complaint about your data, write to hello@clirun.com.

2. This website

clirun.com sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser and the page asked for) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The early-access form doesn't send anything yet.

3. The application

When you use app.clirun.com, we keep:

• your account details from sign-in, such as your name, email and profile picture;
• what you create: questions, chats, notes, analyses and reports;
• records of use, such as credits spent, runs and security logs.

4. Why we use it

To run CLIRUN for you, keep it secure, fix problems, and meet legal duties. We use your data on the basis of your consent and to provide the service you asked for. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

5. Who else handles it

Some companies handle data for us, only to provide CLIRUN:

• hosting and servers, including Vercel for this website;
• Supabase, for the database, file storage and sign-in;
• Backblaze, for backups and the archive of public sources;
• AI model providers, reached through OpenRouter, which receive a conversation when a model writes a reply in it;
• a payment provider, once paid plans open.

Research providers that search the public record never receive your question. They receive only terms from CLIRUN's own published vocabulary. Some of these companies process data outside India.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data, except what the law requires us to keep. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see your data, correct it, have it deleted, withdraw your consent, and name someone to act for you. Write to hello@clirun.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

CLIRUN is not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above, and tell signed-in users about any change that matters.
